Keefe and others for legislation to increase neighborhood safety and opportunity by enhancing the enforcement and penalties for violations of the controlled substances laws (in so much as relates to Sections 30, 31, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41 and 42); (accompanied by bill, House, No. 1453) of David Paul Linsky relative to the penalty imposed for malicious destruction of property; and accompanied by bill, House, No. 1454) of David Paul Linsky relative to larceny,- reports the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 2132).
