The committee on Ways and Means, to whom was referred the Senate Bill to increase the Commonwealth's compliance with federal law meeting requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (Senate, No. 86),-- reports, recommending that the same ought to pass with an amendment substituting a new draft entitled “An Act to relative to the hiring of persons with a disability” (Senate, No. 2142).
