SENATE, Tuesday, July 19, 2016 - The committee on Rules, to whom was referred the Senate Bill to strengthen the anti-human trafficking law (Senate, No.872),-- reports, recommending that the same ought to pass with an amendment substituting a new draft with the same title (Senate, No. 2444).
