Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to authorize the lease of certain land in the town of Oak Bluffs to the Martha’s Vineyard Shellfish Group, Inc. for shellfish propagation and other fishery resource research and management activities, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
