Senate, October 14, 2021 -- The committee on Senate Ways and Means, to whom was referred the Senate Bill relative to military spouse-licensure portability, education and enrollment of dependents (Senate, No. 2502),- reports, recommending that the same ought to pass with an amendment substituting a new draft with the same title (Senate, No. 2558).

Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to immediately provide for military spouse-licensure portability, education and enrollment of dependents, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
