Senate, February 28, 2022 -- The committee on Public Health, to whom was referred the petitions (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1507) of Patrick M. O'Connor, Sarah K. Peake and Joanne M. Comerford for legislation to monitor dry casks of spent nuclear fuel; and (accompanied by bill, House, No. 2254) of Josh S. Cutler, Kathleen R. LaNatra and others relative to the reporting of spent nuclear fuel at certain electricity generating facilities, reports the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 2725).
