Senate, January 3, 2023 -- The committee on Senate Rules, to whom was referred the Senate Bill naming a certain park in Cambridge the Richard McKinnon Park (Senate, No. 3103),- reports, recommending that the matter be placed in the Orders of the Day for the next session with an amendment substituting a new draft entitled "An Act designating a certain park in the city of Cambridge as Richard McKinnon park" (Senate, No. 3178).

Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to designate forthwith a certain bridge in the city of Cambridge, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
