Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to promote equity and increase opportunities for persons with disabilities by renaming the commission and updating language used to more accurately reflect the values and core mission of the agency, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
