State Representative Stephen Kulik (D-Worthington), has served in the Massachusetts House since 1993. He represents the First Franklin District, comprised of 16 small communities stretching from the Hampshire Hilltowns to the Quabbin Reservoir. Prior to entering the legislature, he served as a Worthington Selectman and Planning Board member, and was president of the Massachusetts Municipal Association.
Steve’s work in the House has focused on issues of importance to rural communities, including education funding, land use policy, agriculture, local aid, and environmental protection. He is the founder and co-chair of the Legislative Small Town and Rural Caucus. He serves as Vice-Chairman of the House Committee on Ways and Means.
