Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to defeat its purpose, which is to designate forthwith the roundabout located at the intersection of County, Chace and Mason roads in the town of Freetown as the Navy Petty Officer Second Class Tyler J.
