An Act authorizing the board of selectmen in the town of West Tisbury to issue licenses for the sale of beer and wine in restaurants, inns and hotels and to issue one day liquor licenses for events.

By Representative Madden of Nantucket and Senator Wolf, a joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3454) of Timothy R. Madden (by vote of the town) that the town of West Tisbury be authorized to grant licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises. Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure. [Local Approval Received.]
