By Representative Murphy of Burlington and Senator Tarr, a joint petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of Charles A. Murphy, James R. Miceli and Bruce Tarr (by vote of the town) for legislation to exempt the town of Wilmington from liability relative to the solid waste landfill, commonly known as the "Maple Meadows Landfill" located in said town. Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture. [Local Approval Received.]
