An Act further compensating the town of Rochester for water facilities
By Representative Straus of Mattapoisett and Senator Rodrigues, a joint petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of William M. Straus and Michael J. Rodrigues (by vote of the town) for legislation to require the city of New Bedford to make certain payments to the town of Rochester for the use of water supplied by said town. Municipalities and Regional Government. [Local Approval Received.]
