By Representative Pignatelli of Lenox and Senator Downing, a joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3824) of William Smitty Pignatelli, Benjamin B. Downing and Paul W. Mark (by vote of the town) for legislation to authorize the Board of Selectmen of the town of Richmond to appoint two alternate members of the conservation commission of said town. Municipalities and Regional Government. [Local Approval Received.]
