By Representative Benson of Lunenburg and Senator Eldridge, a joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3860) of Jennifer E. Benson and James B. Eldridge for legislation to authorize the Department of Fish and Game to exchange a certain parcel of land in the town of Shirley for another parcel land in said town. Emergency Preamble
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to authorize the department of fish and game to exchange land in the town of Shirley for other land in said town, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
