AN ACT RELATIVE TO AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF NEEDHAM TO AUTHORIZE THE SALE OF ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES NOT TO BE DRUNK ON THE PREMISES UNDER ARTICLE OF AMENDMENT XLIX.

By Representative Garlick of Needham and Senator Rush, a joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 4187) of Denise C. Garlick (by vote of the town) for legislation to authorize the town of Needham to grant an additional license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages not to be drunk ofn the premise.
