By Representative Scibak of South Hadley and Senator Knapik, a joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 4494) of John W. Scibak and Michael R. Knapik (with the approval of the mayor and city council) for legislation to authorize the city of Easthampton to grant an additional license for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises.
