The committee on Ways and Means, to whom was referred the House Bill financing improvements to the Commonwealth’s transportation system (House, No. 4193) (the committee on Bonding, Capital Expenditures and State Assets having recommended that the bill be amended by substituting a new text numbered 2354) reports recommending that the Bonding, Capital Expenditures and State Assets recommended new text (Senate, No. 2354) be amended by striking out the text and inserting in place thereof the text of Senate document numbered 2360.
