Emergency Preamble
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to provide forthwith for the acquisition of a certain parcel of land by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation from the division of fisheries and wildlife to facilitate the reconstruction of a bridge in the town of Hinsdale, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
