Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to immediately reorganize the hemophilia advisory committee and authorize such committee to provide recommendations to the commonwealth relative to health insurance policies and health insurance plans and programs that impact individuals with hemophilia or other inherited bleeding and clotting disorders, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience., therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
