By Mr. Fernandes of Milford and Senator Richard T. Moore, a joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3048) of John V. Fernandes, Richard T. Moore and Bradley H. Jones, Jr. that the Registrar of Motor Vehicles be authorized issue a distinctive registration plate indicating support for the Boy Scouts of America on the occasion of their centennial anniversary.
