By Representative Hill of Ipswich and Senator Lovely, a joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 4167) of Bradford Hill and Joan B. Lovely (by vote of the town) that the town of Topsfield be authorized to issue eight additional licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises.
