Pacheco and others relative to reviving and continuing the special commission established (under Chapter 498 of the Acts of 2008) to make an investigation and study of the water quality of the Charles River. Emergency Preamble
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to amend the reporting date of the special commission, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
