By Mr. Straus of Mattapoisett, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3605) of William M. Straus and Marc R. Pacheco (by vote of the town) that the town of Marion be authorized to impose liens upon properties in the towns of Rochester and Wareham which connect to the water and sewer systems of the town of Marion. Municipalities and Regional Government. [Local Approval Received.]
