An Act authorizing the town of Webster to issue 5 additional alcoholic beverage licenses to be drunk on the premises located in a specific area, known as "Downtown Webster 2010 Slum and Blight Inventory"

Fattman (by vote of the town) for legislation to authorize the town of Webster to issue five additional all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises designated for use in the downtown's "slum and blight" Main Street area,- reports the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 1990).
