Text of the Senate amendment (Senator Kennedy) as a new text for the House Bill authorizing the town of Stoneham to grant five additional licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises (House, No. 3876); and by striking out the title and inserting in place thereof the following title: “An Act authorizing the town of Stoneham to grant 5 additional licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises”.
