Creem for legislation to require victims to be notified of certain hearings concerning the custodial status of individuals adjudged not guilty of a crime by reason of mental illness or after being found not competent to stand trial; Senate, No. 906 of Kenneth J. Donnelly for legislation relative to assisted outpatient treatment; Senate, No. 909 of Jennifer L. Flanagan, William N. Brownsberger, Michael J. Rodrigues, Richard J. Ross and other members of the General Court for legislation relative to services for individuals with autism spectrum disorder; Senate, No. 910 of John Hart, Jr. for legislation to regulate the siting of methadone treatment facilities; Senate, No. 922 of Bruce E. Tarr and Michael R. Knapik for legislation to criminalize the attempted production of class B drugs; and Senate, No. 923 of Bruce E. Tarr for legislation to protect minors from the harmful effects of marihuana, report the accompanying Order (Senate, No. 2038).
