By Mr. Arciero of Westford, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 2936) of James Arciero, Angela Harknes and Dr. Mitchell Sweet for legislation to authorize the Registrar of Motor Vehicles to issue new titles on vehicles that lien holders on an existing title have proven to be no longer in existence.
