An Act amending the composition of the Stadium and Athletic Field Commission in the city of Malden

By Mr. Ultrino of Malden, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3194) of Steven Ultrino and others (with the approval of the mayor and city council) that the city of Malden be authorized to change the composition of the stadium and athletic field commission in said city. Municipalities and Regional Government. [Local Approval Received.]

Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to amend the composition of the Stadium and Athletic Field Commission of the City of Malden, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
