Emergency Preamble
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to authorize and grant four additional licenses for the sale of all alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
The Senate has not filed any amendments for this bill or has yet to receive this bill from the other branch.
