Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to allow for longer permit authority for the Department for Conservation and Recreation for the better allocation of state administrative resources, and the investment in and improvement of services and facilities at department properties by regulated entities under longer-term permits and other agreements, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience., therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
