The committee on Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure to whom was referred the petitions (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1120) of Harriette L. Chandler for legislation relative to requiring the licensure of persons engaged in the removal of body art; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1126) of Harriette L. Chandler for legislation relative to body art and body piercing regulation; and (accompanied by bill, House, No. 1883) of Bruce J. Ayers for legislation to prohibit the practice of body piercing, so-called, unless licensed by the Department of Public Health,- reports the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 2212).
