Chandler for legislation relative to requiring the licensure of persons engaged in the removal of body art; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1126) of Harriette L. Chandler for legislation relative to body art and body piercing regulation; and (accompanied by bill, House, No. 1883) of Bruce J. Ayers for legislation to prohibit the practice of body piercing, so-called, unless licensed by the Department of Public Health,- reports the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 2212).
