Senate, June 20, 2016 -- The committee on Ways and Means, to whom was referred the Senate Bill concerning the conveyance of certain parcels of land in the City of Revere (Senate, No. 2056),-- reports, recommending that the same ought to pass with an amendment substituting a new draft with the same title (Senate, No. 2353)

Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to authorize a transfer of certain of land of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority to the city of Revere, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
