SENATE, Thursday, December 8, 2016 - The committee on Ways and Means, to whom was referred the Senate Bill authorizing the sale of farmer-distiller products at farmers’ markets (Senate, No. 138),-- reports, recommending that the same ought to pass with an amendment substituting a new draft entitled “An Act relative to the sale of alcoholic beverages at farmers’ markets” (Senate, No. 2513).
