An Act providing for an investigation and study by the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation regarding the implementation of Chapter 165 of the Acts of 2013 (Right to Repair Act)

By Mr. McMurtry of Dedham, a petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of Paul McMurtry, John J. Lawn, Jr. and Jose F. Tosado that the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development be authorized to investigate whether motor vehicle manufacturers are complying with certain provision of the automotive "Right-to-Repair Act", so called. Consumer Protection and Professional Licensure.
