By Mr. Nangle of Lowell, a petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of David M. Nangle and others (with the approval of the mayor and city council) that the city of Lowell be authorized to use a certain parcel of land in the city of Lowell and the town of Tewksbury for the construction of a public high school and other school related purposes. Municipalities and Regional Government. [Local Approval Received.]
