By Mr. Jones of North Reading, a petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 3725) of Bradley H. Jones, Jr., Bruce E. Tarr and Theodore C. Speliotis (by vote of the town) that the town of Middleton be authorized to elect a moderator for a term of three years and change the annual town meeting day to the third Tuesday in May.
