By Representative Zlotnik of Gardner and Senator Flanagan, a joint petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of Jonathan D. Zlotnik and Jennifer L. Flanagan for legislation to authorize the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance to exchange a certain parcel of land in the city of Gardner for another parcel of land in said city. Emergency Preamble
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to provide forthwith for the exchange of certain parcels of land between the commonwealth and the city of Gardner, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
