By Representative Rogers of Norwood and Senator Rush, a joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 4185) of John H. Rogers and Michael F. Rush (by vote of the town) that the town of Norwood be authorized to grant up to five additional licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages to be drunk on the premises in said town.
