Weihn Memorial Pool in the town of Clinton be designated as the Liberty M. Arnold-Simon memorial children’s pool. Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture.

Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to designate forthwith a certain pool in the town of Clinton, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
