SENATE, Thursday, March 23, 2017 - The committee on Ways and Means, to whom was referred the Senate Bill establishing a sick leave bank for Gary Kellenberger, an employee of the Department of Mental Health (Senate, No. 1414),-- reports, recommending that the same ought to pass with an amendment substituting a new draft with the same title (Senate, No. 2043).

Emergency Preamble

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to establish forthwith a sick leave bank for a certain employee of the department of mental health, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
