Velis, Jonathan Hecht and Joan B. Lovely for legislation relative to hands free cell phone devices; and (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1962) of Mark C. Montigny, James R. Miceli and Steven S. Howitt for legislation to prevent driver distraction and motor vehicle fatalities,- reports the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 2058).
