SENATE, Thursday, January 11, 2018 -- The committee on Veterans and Federal Affairs, to whom was referred the petition (accompanied by resolve, Senate, No. 2019) of Vincent Lawrence Dixon for legislation to memorialize the Massachusetts Delegation, and the United States Congress, on the need for a Syrian War Crimes Tribunal, reports the accompanying Order (Senate, No. 2242).
