Tarr for legislation to enhance local road construction and speed limits; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1981) of Michael F. Rush, Mayor Martin J. Walsh, Edward F. Coppinger, Daniel Cullinane and other members of the General Court for legislation relative to the composition of the board of directors of the Massachusetts Department of Transporation; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 1994) of Bruce E. Tarr for legislation relative to fix it first plan; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 2004) of James E. Timilty for legislation relative to the use of road flaggers and police details on public works projects; and (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 2234) (subject to Joint Rule 12) of Richard Carlson for legislation relative to motor vehicle registration plates, reports the accompanying Order (Senate, No. 2277).
