Smola and Elizabeth A. Poirier relative to emergency medical transportation provided to veterans; (accompanied by bill, House, No. 1942) of Thomas M. Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to provide benefits to certain veterans and servicemembers, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience, therefore, it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
