SENATE, Friday, March 9, 2018 - The committee on Rules to whom was referred the Senate Bill to protect animal welfare and safety in cities and towns (Senate, No. 1159),-- reports, recommending that the same ought to pass with an amendment substituting a new draft with the same title (Senate, No. 2332).
