Humason, Jr. for legislation to establish funds to provide for increases in English language learners in school districts; and (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 311) of Karen E. Spilka, Jack Lewis, Lori A. Ehrlich, Jason M. Lewis and other members of the General Court for legislation to promote global trade and economic development through biliteracy, reports the accompanying Order (Senate, No. 2349).
