SENATE, Monday, April 2, 2018 - The committee on Education, to whom was referred the petitions (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 212) of Michael D. Brady for legislation to further regulate the disposition of real property by a Regional School District; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 245) of Kenneth J. Donnelly for legislation relative to reimbursement for transportation costs for homeless students; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 263) of Anne M. Gobi, Angelo J. Puppolo, Jr., Carmine L. Gentile, Richard J. Ross and other members of the General Court for legislation to establish a special commission to study vocational education transportation; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 286) of Jason M. Lewis for legislation relative to homeless children school transportation; and (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 322) of Bruce E. Tarr and Ryan C. Fattman for legislation relative to homeless children school transportation, reports the accompanying Order (Senate, No. 2383).
