SENATE, Monday, April 9, 2018 - The committee on Housing, to whom was referred the petitions (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 718) of James B. Eldridge for legislation relative to credit building; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 719) of James B. Eldridge, Michael D. Brady, Marjorie C. Decker, Jose F. Tosado and other members of the General Court for legislation relative to the Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 733) of Kathleen O'Connor Ives for legislation relative to access to housing for first responders; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 734) of Kathleen O'Connor Ives for legislation to facilitate site plan review; (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 740) of Patrick M. O'Connor, Richard J. Ross, David F. DeCoste, John F. Keenan and other members of the General Court for legislation to establish a commission to study the feasibility of increasing adult disabled housing stock; and (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 751) of Bruce E. Tarr, Ryan C. Fattman and Kathleen O'Connor Ives for legislation to promote savings for first time homebuyers, reports the accompanying Order (Senate, No. 2401).
