SENATE, Monday, April 9, 2018 -- The committee on the Financial Services, to whom was referred the petition (accompanied by bill, Senate, No. 582) of Michael J. Rodrigues, Kenneth J. Donnelly, Donald F. Humason, Jr., William N. Brownsberger and other members of the General Court for legislation to limit retroactive denials of health insurance claims for mental health and substance abuse services,- reports the accompanying bill (Senate, No. 2403).
